Silling Associates, Inc. is the longest continuing architectural practice in the state of West Virginia with origins from 1902. Our firm has been busy over the last 100+ years designing literally every building type imaginable, including elementary schools and colleges, civic centers and churches, banks and prisons, parking garages and helicopter hangars, and everything in between. While we have a great firm legacy, we have strategically assembled a diverse and tightly-knit team of young designers and technicians. We couple their enthusiasm and vision with the wisdom and experience of senior partners to produce a solid architecture, technically sound and artistically compelling. We have assembled this team and geared it toward the achievement of design excellence. All of us, from architects to woodworkers to consumers, are becoming more aware of our responsibility to use resources wisely. Wood is a completely renewable resource when managed carefully at the forest level and utilized prudently during manufacture. The SJ Morse Company promotes the use of certified wood products, and the use of recycled and rapid renewable of materials where possible.
Largely thanks to USGBC LEED program, we have experienced a continuing expansion of demands for certified products. We are committed to creating more opportunities to bring these resources out of the forest and into the marketplace.
When using certified materials in a project, SJ Morse Company is certified by SmartWood to display the FSC trademark. The FSC trademark identifies products that contain wood from well-maintained forests independently certified in accordance with the rules of the Forest Stewardship Council A. C.

Clingenpeel/McBrayer & Associates, Inc. was incorporated January 1, 1986, to provide professional, mechanical, eletrical amd pluming engineering to public and private organizations. In 2002 we changed our name to CMA Engineering in order to reflect our growth.
Since our inception we have designed, and administered over 2,090 projects within the state of West Virginia, as well as surrounding states of Ohio, Virginia, Kentucky, and Pnnsylvania.
Projects have varied in scope and size. From the HVAC renovation of a private home that was listed on the Historical Register, to complete MEP design for a $17 million National Guard Maintenance Center.
